How to use

Starting dose: 2 tablets orally 3 times a day before meals Maintenance dose: 1 tablet orally 3 times a day before meals

Before you use it

1. The following people should not take this medicine. Patients with a hypersensitivity reaction to this medicine or its ingredients 2. The following people should consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist before taking this medicine. 1) Patients with a hypersensitivity reaction to azo dyes, acetylsalicylic acid or other prostaglandin synthase inhibitors should use this medicine with caution. 2) Take care, as this medicine can interfere with the absorption of cholesterol-type medicines. 3) Women who are pregnant or may be pregnant, and women who are breastfeeding (safety of use during pregnancy has not been established, so give it to women who are pregnant or may be pregnant only when the benefit of treatment is judged to outweigh the risk) 4) This medicine contains Yellow No. 4 (tartrazine) and Yellow No. 5 (Sunset Yellow FCF), so give it with caution to patients who are sensitive to these ingredients or have a history of allergy (applies to preparations containing Yellow No. 4 (tartrazine) and Yellow No. 5 (Sunset Yellow FCF) only). 3. In the following cases, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist. Bring this leaflet with you if possible. 1) It may have a mild laxative effect. 2) Giving this medicine to patients with asthma or chronic hives, or who have a hypersensitivity reaction to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, may cause a hypersensitivity reaction of the skin or respiratory system. 3) In a domestic clinical trial in 55 patients with chronic periodontitis, the adverse events reported regardless of any causal relationship with this medicine were as follows, by body system: (1) Digestive system: indigestion, worsening of symptoms in patients with irritable bowel disease, mouth ulcers (2) Liver and biliary system: increased ALT, increased total bilirubin (3) Skin and appendages: itching of the face and neck (4) Metabolism and nutrition: facial swelling (5) Other: hearing abnormality, gum pain 4) If symptoms do not improve after taking it for a month or more 4. Other points to note when taking this medicine 1) In a domestic clinical trial there was no significant difference in efficacy between the single-ingredient titrated unsaponifiable extract of maize and the combination preparation containing 75% ethanol soft extract of magnolia bark. 2) Follow the stated directions and dosage. 3) Do not take it continuously over a long period. 5. Storage 1) Keep out of reach of children. 2) Store away from direct sunlight in a cool place with as little moisture as possible. 3) Taking a medicine out of its original container and keeping it in another container can lead to accidents from misuse or to loss of quality, so keep it in its original container and close it tightly.
