- Warning
- If you regularly drink three or more alcoholic drinks a day, consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this or any other painkiller or fever reducer. It can cause liver damage. Very rarely, serious skin reactions that can be fatal — acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis — have been reported. Stop taking this medicine at once if a rash or any other sign of a hypersensitivity reaction appears. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of acetaminophen (4,000 mg). It can cause liver damage. Do not take it together with other products containing acetaminophen.

- Used to relieve the various symptoms of a cold (runny nose, blocked nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain and muscle pain).
- How to use
- Adults take one bottle (20 mL) at a time, three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
- Before you use it
- Do not take this medicine if you are hypersensitive to it or to other cold medicines, fever reducers or painkillers, for children under 2, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilisers, anti-Parkinson medicines and the like) or stopped taking one less than two weeks ago. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist for infants and children under 15 who have or may have chickenpox or influenza, if you are prone to allergies (hives, bronchial asthma, fever, rash, itching and the like), if you have liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, a stomach or duodenal ulcer, glaucoma, difficulty passing urine, if you are frail, if you have a high fever, stomach trouble such as heartburn, stomach discomfort or stomach pain, an ulcer or a bleeding problem, if you are pregnant or may be pregnant or are breastfeeding, or if you smoke, or have asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, a cough with a lot of phlegm, a cough lasting more than a week or returning, a chronic cough, or a cough with fever, rash or a persistent headache. Keep to the stated dosage and directions. It may make you drowsy, so take care when driving or operating machinery. If your symptoms do not improve after five or six doses, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
- Do not use with
- Do not take this medicine together with other products containing acetaminophen, cough and phlegm medicines, other cold medicines, fever reducers and painkillers, sedatives, or oral medicines containing antihistamines (oral treatments for rhinitis, travel sickness or allergies). Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are taking barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants or alcohol. Do not drink alcohol while taking it.
- Possible side effects
- Stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you experience rash or redness, itching, nausea or vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty passing urine, thirst (persistent or severe), dizziness, restlessness, trembling, sleeplessness, high anion gap metabolic acidosis, shock (hives, swelling and chest tightness soon after taking it, with a pale face, cold hands and feet, cold sweats and difficulty breathing), Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis (a high fever with rash, redness and severe burn-like blistering), asthma, impaired liver function (general lethargy, jaundice and the like), or interstitial pneumonia (cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and fever).

- Store at room temperature, away from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
