Warning
If you regularly drink three or more alcoholic drinks a day, consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this or any other painkiller or fever reducer. It can cause liver damage. Very rarely, serious skin reactions that can be fatal — acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis — have been reported. Stop taking this medicine at once if a rash or any other sign of a hypersensitivity reaction appears. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of acetaminophen (4,000 mg). It can cause liver damage. Do not take it together with other products containing acetaminophen.

Used to relieve the various symptoms of a cold (runny nose, blocked nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain and muscle pain).
How to use
Adults take one bottle (30 mL) at a time, three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
Before you use it
Do not take this medicine if you are hypersensitive to it or have been in the past, if you have had asthma after taking other fever reducers or cold medicines, for infants under 3 months old, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilisers, anti-Parkinson medicines and the like) or stopped taking one less than two weeks ago. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist for infants and children under 15 who have or may have chickenpox or influenza, for children under 2, if you are pregnant or may be pregnant, if you are breastfeeding, for elderly or frail people, if you are prone to allergies or have had allergic symptoms (fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, itching and the like), or if you have liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, a stomach or duodenal ulcer, glaucoma (eye pain, blurred vision and the like), difficulty passing urine, a high fever, stomach trouble such as heartburn, stomach discomfort or stomach pain, an ulcer, a bleeding problem, or if you smoke, or have asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, a cough with a lot of phlegm, a cough lasting more than a week or returning, a chronic cough, or a cough with fever, rash or a persistent headache. Keep to the stated dosage and directions. Do not take it continuously over a long period. It may make you drowsy, so take care when driving or operating machinery. If your symptoms do not improve after five or six doses, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use with
Do not take this medicine together with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilisers, anti-Parkinson medicines and the like), cough and phlegm medicines, other cold medicines, fever reducers and painkillers, sedatives, or oral medicines containing antihistamines (oral treatments for rhinitis, travel sickness or allergies). Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it with diabetes medicines, gout medicines, arthritis medicines, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants or alcohol. Do not drink alcohol while taking it.
Possible side effects
Stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you experience rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty passing urine, thirst (persistent or severe), dizziness, signs of shock (hives, swelling and chest tightness soon after taking it, with a pale face, cold hands and feet, cold sweats and difficulty breathing), Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis (a high fever with rash, redness and severe burn-like blistering over the whole body or on the lining of the mouth or eyes), asthma, general lethargy, jaundice, or interstitial pneumonia (cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and fever).
Storage
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
